Kitchen Table Wisdom

Faithful God,

We thank You for the memories that have shaped us—the moments of joy that still make us smile and the seasons of struggle that taught us to trust You more deeply.

As we celebrate the blessings of freedom and remember the stories that have brought us to this moment, help us to hold both gratitude and humility in our hearts. Remind us that every good gift comes from You and that Your faithfulness remains constant when the ground beneath us feels uncertain.

For families carrying old wounds, bring healing. For relationships strained by distance or misunderstanding, bring reconciliation. For communities divided by fear or anger, bring understanding and peace. For our nation, grant wisdom, justice, and a renewed commitment to seek the common good.

When life feels like shifting sand, set our feet upon the rock of Your love. When we cannot see the road ahead, strengthen us with Your presence. When we are tempted to rely on our own strength, teach us to trust in the One who holds us fast.

Lead us beyond shallow faith into deeper waters of grace, courage, and hope, that we may live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ and bear witness to Your goodness in the world.
