A Prayer for Campfire Fellowship

Gracious God,

Thank You for the kind of hospitality that doesn’t need a perfect table— only a willing heart.

Bless the circles we form in wild places, where stories rise like sparks and belonging settles quietly among us.

Bless the warmth that draws us close, the simple meals shared with open hands, the laughter that softens us, and the quiet presence that tells someone they are welcome just as they are.

Teach us to notice the sacredness hidden in these ordinary gatherings— a pot of soup, a warm fire, a place to sit and be known.

Let the fellowship we find under open sky remind us that grace often arrives long before we know its name.

And may the warmth we share become warmth for someone else.

Amen.
